Management blame you for everything Want to charge customers the earth Lie to customers over promise and under deliver Constantly threatening staff with shutting the doors and them being sacked Women treated like crap One pregnant lady started working there and from what I have heard since I left she left not long after and was left with no choice but to hand in her notice due to unfair treatment Expected to answer phones and all hours including annual leave and weekends

I have worked at Eagle Platforms for over 10 years now, and value the emphasis put on the team. Meeting of targets is rewarded by handsome bonuses, and hard-work and effort is rewarded by management. We work in a Sales Team of 9 people, so the atmosphere is a busy one, and we push each other to succeed daily. As the majority of staff at the company are long-standing, there is a real family feel to the business, which is aided by staff nights-out, and event days such as Go-Karting etc. The camaraderie is a big part of why Eagle Platforms are as successful as they are.

I can't offer any negatives for working at Eagle. It is a very can-do place, and any issues are usually addressed before they become a problem, and resolved.
