This company has been around for almost 60 years, and still has so much growth potential - even during a pandemic! Some employees have been there 20+ years which says a lot. New processes, management, open communication, and dedicated employees make it a fun and friendly atmosphere. The focus is on delivering awesome....and Eagle is heading in the right direction to be a major player in the local market.

As with any company in transition or experiencing high growth, there can be problems. I think the biggest problem is getting past the past and the people who didn't fit the culture and created problems for the people who care about their work.

Friendly helpful staff for the most part. Flexible with scheduling time off for appts.

Staff is set in their ways. The pay scale is different for everyone & they don't like you to discuss it.
