Staff benefit and hostel to be concern

The facilities provided were good and the staff sent for training were keen. The owners and management of the Ranch were open to ideas and constructive suggestions.

When some of the courses were re-run we found that pressure of work had limited the implementation of some new ideas. However, some staff had taken the initiative to follow through.
