The people were all great and the environment was always a great mix of professionalism and fun

No structured/inflationary salary increases for time with the company.

Great work environment, tons of flexibility, every employee including the bosses were very nice, accommodating, down to earth. Their insurance is basically free and the pay was biweekly and sometimes early if payday landed on a weekend. Their 401K was as good as it gets. You get gifts on your birthday and have a relaxed dress code. You'd be an idiot to turn this company down.

No cons that I can think of.
