As a successful recruitment business it is important to focus on a number of key business performance metrics: CV sends, 1st stage interviews, client meetings and new jobs registered. These key business outputs ensure both individual and company success, as well as demonstrating where in the recruitment process an individual may need training and support. We prefer not to look at phone times or focus on other KPIs outside of this as we are focused on quality outputs rather than driving volume.
We have recently hired an internal trainer to support the development of our consultants, to complement our existing L+D function. This ensures that everyone receives tailored development, across both the banking and insurance sectors. As the business was founded in the insurance sector, this is a particular area of strength for Eames. However our business strategy focuses equally on the growth and development in the banking sector and over 40% of our revenue comes from this sector. With a very solid leadership team in place, we are confident we can continue to grow our presence in both markets.
