Mediocre team with sexist and xenophobic views - Anonymous employee Earlybird Employee Review

- An incredibly mediocre team with very big egos. - Meritocracy and industry/sector-expertise is overlooked ; career progression and respect is awarded to white Europeans, especially males. - Disorganised and bureaucratic, with a lot internal conflict leading to an incredibly toxic work enviornment. - Majority of staff dissatisfied and treated poorly/with little respect by Management and investment team. - Very concerning views on women by senior staff (all white males) - including what clothing the women should wear, and expectations that women should always wear a full of make-up. There have been examples of women dismissed because they did not comply to this.
