Pros
This is one of those places where you can easily share learn the business and share your inputs which will be heard almost immediately. The management is receptive to new ideas and the lean structure allows for easy flow of communication. But you have to be a self-starter to get going here. You have to get yourself acquainted with your function and operations.
Cons
A small tech team means the tech capabilities are a bit limited. Not that it's inadequate but then solutions are limited to the capabilities of the team.
