I’ve had a really positive experience working at Earth AI as an Operations Assistant. It’s a fast-paced environment, but that comes with plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make a tangible impact. While working at Earth AI, you are exposed to and work across all aspects of a mineral exploration company. The work tends to be fast pace with lots of responsibly and freedom being given to the field geologists. The culture between staff is one that promotes a fun and professional working environment that everyone seems to enjoy being a part of.

As the company is still relatively new, protocols for unforeseen circumstances are not always in place, which at times can lead to issues surrounding organisation and fluidity in conducting work.
