Pros
Earth element's has a family feel style environment. The owner and CEO cares greatly about the staff, well being and progress for future growth. There is no finger pointing here, only learn and do better type of attitude. I feel welcome here, supportive and that I can provide valuable input with out judgement. The teams are friendly and often hang out after work.
Cons
Some challenges would be that when there are big picture goals to obtain, the picture is not always clear. Like any business, there are team members that are hard to connect with and instead of helping those individuals achieve the same mind set and goals, they are left to be outliers who weigh down thier team.
