Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience at Earth Rated. As a company that embraces a culture of feedback and continuous imporvement, we appreciate the insights you share.
Firstly, we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed our perks, dog-friendly office, and the employee gym. While we strongly believe that company culture is way beyond just the perks, a positive and enjoyable workplace is always a bonus.
However, we are concerned about the areas where you believe we fell short of your expectations. We’ve taken the time to read your review and would like to address each point you raised:
Organization and Stability: As a growing company with ambitious goals, we understand that maintaining a stable foundation while fostering innovation can be challenging at times but not impossible. We recognize the need to constantly improve our organizational structure. As a growing company we actively work on implementing new and agile processes to that suppot not only our business goals but our team’s overall experience. The changes we implement are a direct reflection of our commitment to being better!
Addressing Criticism: It’s troubling to hear that you felt your feedback was not valued. We strive to create an open and supportive environment where all team members feel heard. We conduct our biannual employee experience survey (Team Rated) and are dedicated to making actionable changes based on the feedback we receive. We’ll continue enhance our efforts to ensure all voices are heard and valued.
Diversity and Inclusion: We acknowledge your concerns about our diversity efforts. Diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords for us, but tightly aligned with our core values that we are committed to upholding.
Support for Disabled Employees: We are particularly sorry to hear that you felt pressured regarding your medical needs. We aim to provide a supportive environment for all team members, we are able to achieve this through unique tailored solutions for each team member. This is especially important for us and one of the many reasons we are a People & Culture team of 3 to support 70 team members. We will continue to remain flexible while we review and challenge our guidelines and best practices to ensure they are robust and genuinely supportive of everyone’s needs.
Professionalism and Communication: Your feedback about the professionalism and communication style of our leadership is crucial. As per our last employee experience survey, we have a strong average of 8.8/10 in terms of our team’s satisfaction with leadership at Earth Rated. We are committed to fostering a respectful and professional workplace, and we will ensure to escalate your feedback directly with our leadership team.
