As a growing company that has tripled in team size over the last 18 months, we’ve purposefully invested in evolving and improving, and by design are not the same company we were 2 years ago. To do so, we’ve taken a more performance-based approach in many areas of our business, helping us make evidence-based decisions and implement more rigorous frameworks to support our team. As such, we’ve invested in a salary structuring project and have partnered with an external firm to benchmark, adjust and scale salaries within the organization.
