Terrible place to work - Anonymous employee Earth Rides Employee Review

It's been growing fast over the last year. Riders have been really awesome to connect with. Internal leadership team is easy to work with but expects a lot. Other people posting have been disgruntled employees that were asked to actually do their job because its a startup and then left when everyone didn't praise them for doing the bare minimum.

Hire the right people. Be more direct. Don't tell all employees they can move up since some most likely wont.
