      Change can be difficult for some people, and this is not a place to work if you cannot be flexible.

      None! This place is horrible!

      Cons

      If you want to live in a hotel in the western part of ND then by all means apply. If you want to be lied to by management by all means apply here... if you want to be micromanage apply here. The place is toxic. Ask why they have such a high turn over rate... They do garbage work and write horrible reports.
