The CEO maintains a highly demanding management style and frequently communicates in a manner that many employees find intimidating, including yelling and using profanity during meetings. Despite being in business for over 30 years, the company often feels like a startup due to the constant loss of experienced and talented employees. Compensation does not appear to be competitive with expectations. While perks such as free food are offered, they do not make up for below-market pay or the long hours often expected. Employees are routinely expected to arrive early and stay beyond their scheduled shifts, yet are still required to make up any missed time. Although the company has the capability to support remote work, no flexibility is provided. There is also a perception among employees that a small inner circle has privileged access to leadership and information, creating an environment where communication is restricted and transparency is lacking.
