      work from home, lots of independence while still given opportunities to work between support and development teams

      Cons

      pay is below industry standard, never felt part of the team, mgmt seemed to treat employees as if they weren't on their side

      Fair pay, raises and bonuses, Lots of PTO, remote, hardware included

      Cons

      It’s a global company so you have to use PTO for holidays too. But you get to pick the ones you want.
