      Pros

      Relaxed environment low key setting hippie vibes generally ethical standards and it's heart is in the right place great world views

      Cons

      Miscommunication and still a newer company still has a lot to work for and completely lacked a loss prevention department. Tech guys try their best but corp consists of only a few running hundreds and hundreds of stores
