      Pros

      The Discount is the best part about the company.

      Cons

      Managers and Assistant Mangers have to work every weekend. Weekends off have to be approved by DM. Managers and Assistant Managers have to work 8hrs Friday and Saturday. DM is a micromanager.

      The store is in the mall so there are the drawbacks of that.
