Pros
The products are wonderful, maybe not the sturdiest but people love the variety; there's just enough of a mix between mainstream and culturally eclectic to draw all types of people. The baseline for management and employee relations is positivity, driving sales by being positive about the day, the product, and the customer, which I loved.
Cons
Their turnover rate was probably as it is in any retail shop, but constantly changing and shifting management around made it hard to get used to a steady schedule and routine way of staying on top of sales, inventory, and store setup.
