      Pros

      My entire team was amazing. Never had an issue with any unkindness or favoritism. Most of the customers who like this type of store are very chill and open to conversation.

      Cons

      Corporate was a pain. they were constantly coming up with new rules for employees that didn't make sense and weren't reasonable. really felt like us against them at times.
