      - Fun employees who treat everyone with respect - Good leadership that provides whatever tools are needed for the employees to succeed - Fantastic Communication between management and employees - Management tries their best to work around people’s schedules

      - Employee Retention is a problem - Employees Transportation is a problem - Pay does not match the amount of work
