Pros
The discount and the products are awesome! The best part about the job was the customers. You meet so many different, wonderful people and they make the environment so fantastic that you absolutely love going to work every day!
Cons
The only down side was corporate. They spend very little time actually in the stores and set very unrealistic expectations such as asking for 20% increases over LY. The most recent DM washiredfrom outside of the company and came in as if he knew it all and despite many calls to the home office filing complaints, he single handedly managed to lose 6 managers because of his treatment of people. The corporate office sets rules for the store level that they do not have to follow on a home office level and finally when you do reach out to the home office for help they act like you are severely inconveniencing them.
