Family Owned but be cautious - Anonymous employee Earthlight Technologies Employee Review

Its difficult to work between a father and son who make decisions on a whim without thinking through how those decision with effect the business. Then change their a week later. They also have a hard time letting go and letting the talent they hire do their jobs. There is a lot of internal talking behind backs by managers about other within the company. Also, this family is extremely religious and conservative, it could be a pro for some but for me its a con!Their entirely family works here and it can be difficult to navigate the political environment.
