The people are awesome, the culture is fun and laid back, and the work/life balance is excellent. Management truly cares about their employees, and it shows. They are growing fairly quickly, but they are still a small company with a very "home-like" feel. Everybody knows everybody, everybody gets along, and everybody is interested in what their coworkers can contribute. Roles tend to be flexible, giving employees opportunity to demonstrate their strengths.

Because it is a smaller company, variety of work can be a bit dependent on the ebbs and flows of the market. This is not a challenge specific to Earthling though, and management does their best to keep everybody content and engaged.
