      True open door communication with management. Great appreciation of hard work and contributions. Good pay.

      Cons

      Organizational structure a little weak, perhaps common in small companies. However, it can make it difficult at times to be fully effective when establishing procedure(s).

      Focuses on employees first, and hold customer service to high standard. Fun place to work, flexible, and a good group of team players. Company lunches provided.

      Cons

      Smaller company, rural location, 1 shift 8-5. No healthcare, but other benefits are good.
