Benefits are good, Older generation family that runs the business is trying to do the right things for the company to grow. People here are the main reason there are so many long time employees, nice to work with and share the experience.
Cons
Younger family owners have no idea how to work in a professional environment or treat employees respectfully. Extremely old technology is used here, no large investment in latest equipment or software. Focus is constantly shifted so overall direction goes nowhere. Incompetent executive IT management with no understanding of how to implement business systems.
