Very laid back work environment with decent benefits but nothing special. Typical mechanical and electrical maintenance position in an air conditioned facility.

Virtually no incentive to stay. No chance at a promotion and no potential for a raise or any other perk that would make the job worth while. It is a place to work until you wise up and realize that there are better opportunities out there if you are willing to work towards them.

Co-workers are super nice. Interview process

Pay is very low. Benefits too expensive! Hours too long. 12hr shifts should be 8 hrs.
