Poor employee moral. Company focused on quantity and not quality. Many instances of reporting substandard, poor quality window being produce ignored to make shipping numbers for the day. I saw many incorrectly made windows shipped out resulting in leaking windows and property damage to customer homes. Many cases of Low-E glass being installed backward and shipped(after management being notified) resulting in numerous service calls and the remaking of complete windows. Employees always blamed for companies problems.

A lot of the actual workers are cool
