Pros
The company doesn't have anything pros except the name which will be gone in coming years because of the management
Cons
Top management will not let the efficient and hard working employees to grow in their career. They will not pay salary on time and hold the f&f, incentives,expenses etc for no reason. The management is treating the employees and staff like slave and if they don't like any employees they will be asked to put resignation or fire them.
