Sometime no motivation on your efforts

It's absolutely great company to work, you never feel like jail, that's my guaranty, because HR & Management always understand you. they don't have chain system like politics mostly companies having. You love to work on project assigned to you. Almost i have seen all the client are genuine and understandable. Work Standard They have nice projects with latest tech stack. Very good opportunity to grow and there is overall great healthy atmosphere to work in. The project managers do listen to all the concerns and come up with proper solutions to ensur team has healthy moral and does not burnout 1) Latest and advanced technologies are used like docker, kubernet etc. 2) You'll get to work with the international clients, most basically dutch clients.

No cons, I can think of. But need to came up with some good incentive plan so people will more excited to work.
