Not an employee friendly company at all. Very unorganized...The Line Producers are horrible but then again that's a reflection of the EIC. The EIC is a bully but she calls it being honest. The owners and the Executive staff could care less about doing the right things. The Accounting department is very very questionable. No one seems to know anything and all the accountants do something different. There's a huge turn-around in this department. They actually had a very good accountant but she only lasted a few months. I was very sad to see her go but understand why she left.
