Pros
Work Schedule is Flexible. Work load is up to expectancy level. Co workers are very friendly. The work environment is ok. Access is quite easy for the location.
Cons
You have to be on your own to execute your job. Be alert of what you are doing for not to face any difficulty at later. It is difficult to get a promotion if you don't contribute academically to yourself beyond what you had during the time you get hired.
