Pros
Decent benefits for employees in Philadelphia. Coworkers are caring and really dedicated. Students make it worthwhile. Time off in between Christmas and New Year's Day is fantastic.
Cons
Everything is mismanaged. Management isn't secure and tends to micromanage. Employee morale is awful. Everyone is underpaid, but told to be appreciative. No one can fully do his or her job.
