What a wonderful group of people to work with! The culture is very positive and supportive, and everyone tries to reflect the company's core values. They're a family focused company full of people who show a high level of commitment, have a passion for what they do, and they do the right thing. The company follows a management system that helps make managing/nurturing staff and addressing issues extremely easy. Expectations are clearly laid out, upper management is accessible and easy to communicate with, and ideas are always welcome. They make sure employees are heard and understand the importance of what they do on the team. Employees can really make a difference here, and effort/achievement is generously rewarded.
