-Company owner and employee management care about their workers and will be flexible with almost all your needs as long as the work gets done -They are very friendly and will take out time for you if asked -Office is small, and everyone enjoys working together -There is little to no drama at all times -Raise and Benefits start quickly after starting -Everyone seems to be very accepting of all types of people and backgrounds
Cons
-Sometimes employee management is swamped with multiple time-consuming projects and meetings, so it is hard to get their attention unless it is an emergency -Some employees simply do not do their job. The client manager then becomes stressed and swamped with unnecessary work to correct the issue. It becomes hard especially if the manager trained their team multiple times on the same task -If upper management happens to get swamped at the time, then the client manager can't have an action take place as far as discipline
