      It is a remote work setting

      Cons

      Paid me less than contract, I didn’t notice at first. They claimed to be different calculation method that is NOT stated in the contract. They dragged on the matter for a month and only paid when I started the process to report to labour protection. AND retaliated by firing me.

      Colleagues are friendly and hardworking! Everyone is warm and welcoming.

      While the company prioritizes profitability, there is a significant lack of focus on employee welfare and long-term development. Compensation is not competitive, and management practices could be greatly improved to support a healthier work environment
