Decisions can be made by a product team with a lot of independence, opening spaces for innovation and suggestions from everyone. - On the verge of expansion and new goals as organization (bought by a huge venture fund). Expected to grow. - Most clients are abroad. You're expected to improve your English! - You are building relevant products, helping people out there. - Supplementary home-office (couple of days every week). - You can setup your dev environment as you want. - Ongoing projects on sustainability (company wants to get green). - Standard leave time each year (in Colombia that's 15 working days). Easy to negotiate additional days off. Each team organizes itself on times. No fixed schedule!
