Pros

Good benefits, the management team is all about the staff so that we would take care of the customers and clients. A lot of businesses in this space have moved support to the philippines and india but this board here only wants strategy and support to be out of Australia.

Cons

Sometimes long hours... But I guess that's what happens at a startup, which is what they were when I was there. Then again I did learn so much by wearing so many hats

Thank you for your feedback we are proud to keep our operations onshore and for that reason our team are all located here in Sydney. And as you mentioned customers are the focus of our operations. Regarding long hours we've always had a very strong work/life balance culture. Myself as the CEO has always advocated this.
