      Not many pros and you are only but a number, even if you work for many’s years

      Cons

      Not much work life balance No perks anymore Poor management And don’t think about being unwell you will be punished

      Pros

      5 days on, 4 days off/ 3 days. Decent crews. Can preference earlier or lates and nightstops. Food provided. Good staff travel

      Cons

      Base management can be shocking and not care. They only seem to care about green light boarding and no accountability from management. Lots of favouritism within base roles. They push and push on things and expect a lot but for what is often minimum pay. The first year can be especially rough.
