Pros

Was worried at first after reading other reviews, but found that most issues raised was either not accurate or has been resolved by the time I joined. Company now is not too strict on timing of attendance, recently introduced additional leave day on your birthday month, organised get-togethers, monthly team breakfast and more. I can see the management is trying to be more understanding and trying their best. Recently hired a dedicated HR person

Cons

Small number of the team members are not performing as well as they should. Training sometimes is not given or enough. Team should raise this up more often with the management when this happens

We are glad you find EasyUni to be a good place to work and thank you for taking the effort to write this review. We try hard to make EasyUni a better place for everyone and whilst a number of initiatives have been carried out (as you rightly pointed out) there is still more to be done. With your support and co-operation of everyone in the office, we will make EasyUni a place where everyone look forward to coming to work in. We also took note on your comment about some small number of team members not performing as they should and perhaps more training should be given. We agree with you on this matter. We have taken action in sending selected staffs for external training and also stressed to managers to spend more time and effort on training their team members. This is still work in progress currently and we will continue this initiative

Pros

Not much to say at the moment unfortunately, except for the WFH and salary is ok,

Cons

The CEO's insistence on maintaining control and involvement in every detail, despite lacking expertise in all departments, is hindering effective management. While recognizing the CEO's ownership of the company, the failure to hire specialized staff and constant micromanagement is counterproductive. Acknowledging that employees may possess valuable insights and expertise, a more collaborative and trust-based approach to management is recommended.
