Toxic Company Culture in US - Content Marketing Manager EasyVista Employee Review

The company culture in the US region for the marketing department is so toxic, I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to work here. There is rampant favoritism based on relationships outside of work and unethical behavior galore in the marketing department. There is a constant focus on gossiping and sabotage rather than work and management is blissfully unaware. Collaboration is impossible without conflict and aggression on the team. There are no growth opportunities and the pay is below average.
