Solid learning environment where you can enter with no financial background and no backend experience. I only have frontend experience before. Gives you space to innovate.
Cons
No proper guidance. One senior that you need to constantly reach out to is very hard to work with. He is a typical IT person that will judge you when he thinks you are asking stupid question.
