Pros

-Despite a recent quality dip the food is fantastic -Plenty of hours if you can show you know what you're doing -You start out at minimum wage but they're really good about raises -Management does a great job providing a fun work environment and sense of family. - The training program for new store openings is absolutely phenomenal -50% off shift meals -Room for promotion

Cons

-While there's definitely room for advancement some people get overlooked in favor of new hires or current employees who are less qualified. -Serious dip in quality recently. Switching from Styrofoam to cheap paper drink cups, Fresh buns to smaller boxed frozen buns, cheaper shake mix, blue berries, and potatoes among other things. Chicken and turkey deliveries often come in frozen. -The regional manager is a nice guy but he seems to be stretched pretty thin, used to see a whole lot more of him and despite having to be on your toes while he's there I think that helped keep the store on the right track.
