Pros
The pay was very good. I was given the freedom to accomplish my job with minimal supervision. The location I worked at was big on "community involvement" and this meant, they promoted groups and clubs to promote a welcoming/friendly environment. If you're fortunate enough to be hired, congrats to you, you'll almost never have a chance of being held accountable.
Cons
The company had recently changed CEO's and you could tell. When I first started in the late 2000's, the company was HUGE on employee satisfaction. That's not to say they had a firm grasp on what to do to make everybody happy but at least they did their best to promote that they cared about our satisfaction... As time went on, they had less emphasis on employee satisfaction. Management DOES NOT hold employees accountable. You could be the worst employee and not have a clue how to actually perform in the role you're in and there's literally no way they can enforce any sort of level of expectation... and this is a con because those who are passionate and care about what they do have to tolerate those who are fairly useless.
