Everyone felt personally valued—it was clear the company was family-owned. The CEO genuinely cared about employees and encouraged internal growth. There was no strict dress code, and the on-site gym was a great perk. I appreciated that they prioritized safety during severe weather and didn’t require staff to commute in dangerous conditions.

The PTO policy wasn’t very competitive, and not all standard holidays were observed. The company also could have benefited from upgrades in technology and modern systems to improve efficiency.
