some of the facilities are very nice, passionate staff, quality care
Cons
pay is low compared to same positions elsewhere, each location functions differently so there isn't much of a true "system", you spend a lot of your day dealing with family members, and also sitting behind a computer screen creating service plans and all this health care management type stuff
