1yThank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We understand that covering for unexpected hourly no-shows can be stressful, and we appreciate your candid feedback. Over the past year—and even more so compared to two years ago—we have made significant strides in reducing the number of open positions. To further address last-minute vacancies, we’ve also placed a strong focus on hiring on-call and casual status staff so that we have a reserve pool ready to step in when needed. We value work-life balance for all our team members, and part of our ongoing commitment is finding ways to ensure that no one person is stretched too thin when unexpected absences happen.
