Pros
Pushes you very hard to step out of your comfort zone, not an easy ride but as a consequence your team mates are smart people who work hard - no passengers. You can pretty much build your career as you want to, if sales doesn't work out move into another area or even country. Intelligence is highly rated which means you need to think on your feet but when you do so, you get rewarded, in pay and rapid progression. Great bunch of people and very sociable, serious amount of pub time, no excuse needed for a quick libation at any time of the day!
Cons
As above - if you are not good, you won't survive. Not a good place for people looking for a 9-5 job just to earn a salary, its pretty ruthless at culling the weak. Benefits need addressing, holiday is crap and the pension a joke. Apparently being reviewed at the moment.
