I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience whilst working for us, and we appreciate your honest comments about our culture. While we have worked hard to create a meritocratic environment for everyone at Ebury, it can create a competitive workplace, but we hope that it is a healthy one, in which a little friendly competition is the driver behind your success.
With regards to your comment about how we obtain Glassdoor reviews, we would like to make it clear that we would never ask an employee to post a positive review on our behalf. Whilst we do encourage employees to post reviews in general, we ask for candid feedback in order for us to gauge how we’re doing.
