Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and we are sorry that you did not have a positive experience with us. Sales staff at any level of the organisation are eligible to receive generous compensation packages and career progression opportunities for their individual hard work and achievements. We would also like to reassure you that all our Sales managers go through mandatory training programmes (e.g. Ebury Academy with regular offsite Bootcamps) to ensure they effectively develop their sales and financial market expertise. We have taken your feedback on board and would like to assure you that we are constantly working to reevaluate and enhance this Programme so that our staff continue to develop and progress their careers with Ebury.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you acknowledging the positives but are deeply concerned by your experience of a toxic environment, This is unacceptable and opposes the supportive, inclusive culture we try to build.
We take your comments seriously and encourage you to raise this directly through our internal feedback channels so we can understand more.
If you are willing to discuss your experience further and confidentially, please reach out directly to your People Partner or at glassdoorfeedback@ebury.com

Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
