      Pros

      Possibilità di crescita rapida se si hanno abilità di vendita buone e molta costanza. Arrivare a 100k€ + in 4 anni è fattibile.

      Cons

      Lavoro molto monotono. Per i primi 2 anni non si ha la possibilità di chiudere vendite ma si è praticamente solo di supporto alle vendite. Le commissioni sulle vendite, che sono il principale incentivo per i venditori, sono cappate per il primo anno e mezzo. Difficile rimanere motivati, se ci si riesce ci sono spazi di manovra per salire.

      Pros

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
